About
From finance to human behaviour
Throughout my career, I have been committed to continuous learning and professional growth. My background in financial reporting and data analysis provided a solid foundation for my UX career. The meticulous attention to detail required in finance taught me to look beyond surface-level data, seeking patterns and trends.
This foundation allowed me to excel in identifying patterns and insights that drive informed decisions. However, my true passion lies in creating impactful user experiences. The shift to UX was driven by my fascination with how intuitive design can improve everyday interactions.
And so, whilst having more spare time at home during Covid, I took it upon myself to study UX and ultimately lead me to where I am today. I look forward to improving and developing further throughout the rest of my career.
Travel
After completing my studies, I've been lucky enough to travel on multiple occasions. My latest expedition, spanning two months, included immersing myself in the complex cultures and experiences of the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Japan. As part of these travels I volunteered with a local foundation that helps house, feed and medicate street dogs in need on the island of Koh Samui, Thailand.
